A chakra (which means "wheel" in Sanskrit) is a center of management of vital energy. This center has a conical vortex-like shape, comparable to the vortex that forms when a sink filled with water is emptied. A chakra is non-anatomical and is therefore invisible to the naked eye. However, thanks to the good mastery of energies, provided that one is in equilibrium oneself, it is possible to have a chakra precisely located, to perceive its rotation power and radiation, as well as the energy it needs (Yin or Yang)…
Each chakra has its characteristics and reacts to a specific color, to a mineral element, but also to a metal type, as well as to physical and psychic events. Each chakra vibrates at a particular frequency, that allows explaining the stimulation of chakras by chromic waves (colors), sound waves (sounds, melodies, music), vibrations (tapping, clapping, massages), and even by the fine undulations related to waveforms (architecture, geobiology, Fengshui). Each of our physical, intellectual, emotional, and/or spiritual states can influence the capture and circulation of vital energy within the chakras.
The main chakras, located along the spine, channel vital energy from the lower chakras to the upper chakras.
